Wild Heart Gardens offers garden support and therapeutic horticulture services.

This includes designing therapeutic activities, providing support in a home garden or supported accomodation setting and providing horticultural training and support for individuals or small groups of all ages and abilities.

Wild Heart Gardens can invoice in line with NDIS rates and requirements.
